On Wednesday afternoon, a pack of 24 cyclists descended on a country pub in Oxfordshire. To most passers-by it looked like a group of keen cyclists out for a ride. And this might have been true. But the cyclists were also on a company day out, as they were the office staff for cyclewear and accessories brand Rapha.
