Creative spirit: Designer makes drinks you can eat

Tokyo – Food designer Martí Guixé wanted to experiment with eating liquids, so he created Embedded Drinks, a range of biscuits soaked in alcohol made for Tapas: Spanish Design for Food, an exhibition of Spanish cuisine on display at the Spanish embassy in Tokyo.
