Fungi farm: CityLab7 yields to bean culture

Seattle – CityLab7, an interdisciplinary collective specialising in food and ecosystem design in urban spaces, has created an installation called the [storefront] Mushroom Farm, which grows edible mushrooms in a pop-up café.
